By using Calmence you agree to the terms below. They're short on purpose.
Not a medical device
Calmence is a wellness product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information the app shows — pace, session history, HRV trends — is for general wellness and self-reflection.
Use at your own risk
Slow breathing is generally safe, but if you have cardiac, respiratory, or panic-related conditions, or if you are pregnant, please talk to your clinician before starting a breathing practice. Stop the session if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable.
Subscriptions
When paid plans go live, pricing will be:
- Monthly — $9.99
- Annual — $59.99
- Lifetime — $149
New users get a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time in the respective store's subscription settings before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's platform policies. We don't process refunds outside of those channels.
Your data
We don't sell your data. See our Privacy page for what we collect and don't collect.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app, resell access, or use it in ways that would harm others. Standard stuff.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
